What does ThriveCart cost?
ThriveCart costs $47 a month for its Standard plan or $87 a month for Pro+. Paid yearly, that is $444 or $804 a year. Both plans start with a 30-day free trial, and ThriveCart adds 0% fees on sales, so the cost of each sale is your payment processor's fee. Enterprise is priced on a call, and the lifetime option on ThriveCart's pricing section opens a checkout for a one-time payment of $495. Checked 18 October 2026.
Every number here comes from ThriveCart's own pricing section, its checkout pages and its processor fees page, read on the day this was written. If you have read about a ThriveCart lifetime deal somewhere else, know that ThriveCart now leads with monthly and yearly plans. The lifetime option is still there, with two catches covered below.
How much does ThriveCart cost a month?
ThriveCart Standard is $47 a month and ThriveCart Pro+ is $87 a month. Enterprise has no public price. ThriveCart's pricing section shows it as "Custom", with "Contact us for a quote".
| Plan | Billed monthly | Billed yearly | What it includes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Standard | $47 a month | $444 a year | Unlimited products and funnels, 1 order bump, one-click upsells and downsells, A/B split testing, abandoned cart recovery, subscriptions, buy now pay later, and the ThriveCart Academy Starter plan for courses and communities |
| Pro+ | $87 a month | $804 a year | Everything in Standard, plus multiple order bumps, an affiliate center, custom domains, multi-user permissions, and the Academy Growth plan |
| Enterprise | Custom | Not listed | Everything in Pro+, plus a dedicated account manager, volume-based processing rates, unlimited team seats, and the Academy Scale plan |
There is no free plan. Standard and Pro+ each come with a 30-day free trial, and the Standard checkout shows $0 as today's payment, with $47 listed as the future payment. So the trial is free, and the plan is not.
One more price sits under the plans. If you run a school or a registered charity, ThriveCart asks you to fill in a form, and its support team gets in touch about special pricing.
What does ThriveCart Pro+ get you over Standard?
For $40 more a month, Pro+ adds tools for growing each order and for running a bigger team. The big ones are more than one order bump on a checkout, an affiliate center with automated payouts, joint venture contracts, custom branding and domains, and multi-user permissions.
Pro+ also adds crypto payments, tax inclusive pricing, coupon analytics, UTM tracking, and more subscription tools: one-click upgrades and downgrades, dunning for failed payments, and subscription analytics. Its ThriveCart Academy plan is bigger too. Standard's Starter plan allows up to 2,000 community members across up to 10 communities, with 100 GB of video storage. Pro+ gets the Growth plan, with up to 10,000 members, unlimited communities, a custom domain and 500 GB of video storage.
What you do not need Pro+ for is the one-click upsell. Standard already has one order bump and one-click upsells and downsells. That is a lower bar than SamCart's pricing, where SamCart's own page puts "1-Click Upsells + Order Bumps" on its $199 a month Pro plan, not on its $79 Core plan.
Pro+ also pays less on a few newer tools, which the per-sale section below covers.
Is paying for ThriveCart yearly cheaper?
Yes. Standard is $444 a year, against $564 for 12 monthly payments, so yearly saves $120. Pro+ is $804 a year, against $1,044 for 12 monthly payments, so yearly saves $240. The Standard yearly checkout calls this a "20% Saving" and shows it as $37 a month. By our sums it is 21% on Standard and 23% on Pro+.
Our own arithmetic on ThriveCart's published prices: 12 times $47 is $564, minus $444. On Pro+, the same sum gives $240.
The yearly plans have the trial too. The Pro+ yearly checkout is titled "Pro+ Annual Plan - 30-Day Free Trial", and it lists $804 as the future payment.
Yearly only saves money if you stay a full year. If you are not sure ThriveCart is the tool you will keep, start on monthly billing and decide during the trial.
Is there a ThriveCart lifetime deal?
Yes, but ThriveCart no longer leads with it. Under the plans, the pricing section says "Ready to commit for life? Available as a lifetime option." The link opens a checkout for a ThriveCart account with "One-time payment ($495)", and ThriveCart Standard's features listed beside it.
$495 is about 13 months of Standard on yearly billing, or about ten and a half months on monthly billing. Past that point, the lifetime account costs less in plan fees. Two things on ThriveCart's own pages change that sum.
First, the FAQ says: "ThriveCart Academy is not included with ThriveCart lifetime plans." So the courses and communities that come free with Standard and Pro+ are not part of the $495.
Second, the processor fees page charges lifetime accounts more on some newer tools. A retention offer, which shows a subscriber an offer before they cancel, costs 8% of the first payment it saves on a lifetime account, against 5% on Standard and 0% on Pro+. Subscription bumps cost 0.25% on lifetime, against 0.10% on Standard and 0% on Pro+. If you sell one-time products and never use those tools, they will not touch you.
Does ThriveCart take a cut of each sale?
No. ThriveCart's processor fees page says "ThriveCart charges 0% fees. Fees represent processor fees passed on from Stripe, PayPal and Authorize.Net." On Stripe, a US domestic card costs 2.9% + $0.30 per successful sale. International cards add 1.5%, currency conversion adds 1%, and accounts not on ThriveCart's Stripe Connect+ setup pay 0.5% more. PayPal is listed at 2.99% and up.
A few tools carry their own fee if you switch them on:
| Fee | Standard | Pro+ |
|---|---|---|
| Tax calculation and collection | 0.5% per eligible sale | 0.35% per eligible sale |
| Subscription bumps | 0.10% | 0% |
| Retention offers | 5% of the first payment saved | 0% |
| Stripe subscription billing | 0.7% per sale | 0.7% per sale |
| Dispute received | $15 | $15 |
Payouts to your bank are free on the standard transfer, which typically takes 2 business days. Instant settlement costs 1.5%.
When does ThriveCart cost less than a per-sale fee?
Once you sell enough each month that the plan fee is smaller than what a per-sale cut would take. Here is the sum for a $27 product bought with a US card. On ThriveCart with Stripe, processing is 2.9% + $0.30, about $1.08. On Stakk, our 10% + $0.50 comes to $3.20, with card processing included. The gap is about $2.12 a sale.
Divide Standard's $47 by that gap and you get 22.2. So from the 23rd sale of a $27 product in a month, ThriveCart Standard costs less than Stakk. On yearly billing, at $37 a month, it is from the 18th sale. Below that, the per-sale fee costs less, and in a month with no sales it costs nothing.
| Platform and plan | Monthly fee | Platform's cut of a sale | Order bump and one-click upsell on this plan? |
|---|---|---|---|
| Systeme.io Free | $0 | 0% transaction fees | Yes, 1 of each |
| Stakk | $0 | 10% + $0.50, card processing included | Yes, on every account |
| ThriveCart Standard | $47 | 0%, plus processor fees | Yes, 1 order bump |
| ThriveCart Pro+ | $87 | 0%, plus processor fees | Yes, multiple order bumps |
The same trade sits under most checkout tools: a monthly plan or a cut of each sale. Our roundup of SamCart alternatives shows which other checkouts include both an order bump and a one-click upsell, and on which plan.
When is Stakk the wrong choice instead of ThriveCart?
When you need what ThriveCart does beyond the checkout, or when you sell enough that its plan fee beats our cut. ThriveCart sells subscriptions, hosts courses and communities through ThriveCart Academy, offers buy now pay later, and runs an affiliate center on Pro+. Stakk has no subscriptions or recurring billing, no course hosting, no communities, no prices above $999, US dollars only, and it does not host your files. If those are why you are pricing ThriveCart, use ThriveCart instead. And if cost is the whole decision, the Systeme.io free plan has 0% transaction fees with one order bump and one upsell, and Whop charges 2.7% + $0.30 on a domestic card with no monthly cost. Both cost less per sale than our 10% + $0.50.
What Stakk does differently is put both selling tools on every account, with nothing behind a tier. The order bump rides the same charge as the product, so it carries one fee rather than two. The post-purchase upsell is one tap against the card the buyer just used, and it is a second charge that carries its own fee. The money lands in your own Stripe account, not a balance we hold. The layout came out of funnels that ran for agency clients before Stakk existed.
Want order bumps and upsells without a monthly plan?
If you are pricing ThriveCart for the bump and the upsell, and you sell a few products rather than hundreds a month, you can have both on Stakk with no monthly fee and no plan to upgrade to. Stakk is 10% + $0.50 a sale with card processing included, and nothing when you do not sell. Fewer platforms put order bumps and upsells on a no-monthly-fee account than you might expect, and you can have a product with both live in about ten minutes.
