What can't I sell on Stakk?
You can't sell anything the Acceptable Use Policy lists, such as counterfeit goods, malware, or things that break someone else's copyright or trademark. You also can't sell subscriptions or physical goods, because every sale on Stakk is a one-off digital product.
The policy has the full list. It includes:
- Counterfeit goods
- Things that break someone else's copyright or trademark
- Resale of private label rights (PLR) products
- Hacking material and malware
- Access to AI tools or chatbots fulfilled outside Stakk
- Restricted areas, like regulated goods, financial services, gambling and adult content
Many of these rules come from the payment processor and the card networks. The policy limits selling the thing itself, not honest teaching about a subject.
