What is the Discover fee?
A sale that comes from Discover has an all-in fee of 30% + $0.50 per sale, card processing included. Every other sale has the standard fee: from 10% + $0.50 per sale, card processing included.
A sale counts as a Discover sale when the buyer first found the product on Discover and bought it within 90 days of clicking through.
- If the buyer had already seen the product before, for example from your own link in bio, it is not a Discover sale, even if they come back through Discover later.
- If Stakk can't show that Discover brought the buyer, you pay the standard fee.
- The Discover fee covers the whole charge, including any order bump on it.
- Like every Stakk fee, it is not returned if you refund the buyer.
- If your Stripe account settles in a currency other than US dollars, Stripe's conversion fee of about 2% applies on top, as it does on any sale.
