What do you need to sell wallpapers?
A set of images shaped for the screens your buyers use. Sell them in packs of five or ten that share a look or a color.
Make phone wallpapers tall and desktop wallpapers wide. Save flat art as PNG and photos as JPG.
How do buyers get their wallpapers?
They tap a link in their email, open your folder and save the images. You keep the pack in Google Drive or Dropbox and paste the folder's share link when you add it.
Split it into a phone folder and a desktop folder, so buyers find the right shape fast.
What can you add at checkout?
Sell the other screen as the order bump: if they buy the phone pack, offer the desktop set for a few dollars more on the same charge. After payment, the upsell can offer a bundle of all your packs.
How does selling wallpapers on Stakk work?
- Claim your link. Pick a name. stakk.store/yourname is your store.
- Add your wallpaper pack. Give it a title, a price and up to six images or videos. Paste the link to your file.
- Share your link. Put it in your bio. Buyers pay on your store, and the download goes straight to their email.
What does it cost to sell wallpapers on Stakk?
From 10% + $0.50 per sale, card processing included. There is no monthly fee and no setup fee, so you pay nothing until you make a sale.
You set your own price, in whole US dollars from $1 to $999. Every sale is a one-off payment, and buyers pay into your own Stripe account.
Is Stakk right for your wallpapers?
Stakk works for wallpaper packs sold as one-off downloads.
There are no subscriptions, so a monthly wallpaper drop can't bill buyers each month. Sell each month's pack as its own product. Stakk also can't set a wallpaper on anyone's phone.
Questions people ask
What size should a phone wallpaper be?
Phones come in many sizes, so export large and tall. A big image can be cropped to fit, but a small one turns blurry when stretched.
Can I sell my photos as wallpapers?
Yes. Crop them tall for phones and wide for desktops. For full-size files, see selling photos.
Can I give one wallpaper away free?
Yes. Set it up as a lead magnet, so people get it in return for their email.
