What is an order bump, and how do I add one?
An order bump is a small extra the buyer ticks before they pay. To add one, make the extra as its own product with Type set to "Order Bump", then pick it in the Order Bump box on your main product.
- In Products, click Add Product.
- Set Type to "Order Bump". Give it a title, a price and a delivery link, and save it.
- Open your main product (Type "Product") to edit it.
- In the Order Bump box, pick the bump you just made, and save.
The bump rides the same charge as the main product, so the sale carries one fee. Your Products list keeps your extras in a "Bumps & Upsells" group, and each product line shows its bump and upsell.
To see how it does, open Analytics. It shows how many buyers took each bump. Want an offer after the buyer pays instead? That is an upsell.
