What is an upsell, and how do I add one?
An upsell is an offer shown after the buyer pays, and one click adds it with no card to type again. To add one, make the offer as its own product with Type set to "Upsell", then pick it in the Upsell box on your main product.
- In Products, click Add Product.
- Set Type to "Upsell". Give it a title, a price and a delivery link, and save it.
- Open your main product (Type "Product") to edit it.
- In the Upsell box, pick the upsell you just made, and save.
An upsell is its own charge, so it carries its own fee. That is the difference from an order bump, which rides the same charge as the main product.
Your Products list keeps your extras in a "Bumps & Upsells" group. Analytics shows how many buyers took each upsell.
