Who handles sales tax and VAT?

You do. You are the seller (the merchant of record) on every sale, so sales tax and VAT are yours to handle.

Stakk's Terms and Conditions say sellers follow the laws that apply to them, tax laws included.

Buyers pay into your own Stripe account, and each sale is yours. Tax rules are different from place to place.

Stakk can't give tax advice. For what applies to you, ask a tax professional where you live.
