What happens if a buyer disputes a charge?
The dispute comes to you, and you handle it inside your own Stripe account. You are the seller (the merchant of record) on every sale, so disputes go to you, not to Stakk.
A dispute, also called a chargeback, is when a buyer asks their card company to take back a payment.
Stakk does not step in on disputes. Open your Stripe account to see each one and to respond.
Refunds work the same way: they are yours to decide. See Who handles refund requests? and the Transaction Terms.
