How do I refund a buyer?
Refund the payment from your own Stripe account. The Stakk dashboard has no refund button, because buyers pay straight into your Stripe account.
You decide every refund on your own products. Stakk does not issue refunds for you.
- A refund gives back the full amount the buyer paid.
- Stakk's fee and Stripe's processing fee are not returned.
- Once it is refunded, your Orders list can show the order under Refunded.
