My buyer lost their download. What do they do?
They can send it again themselves at stakk.store/orders. They enter the email they paid with and their order id, and the delivery email goes out again to that same email.
- Go to stakk.store/orders.
- Enter the email used to pay.
- Enter the order id. It is the 8 characters after "Order" on the receipt.
- Send the delivery email again. It goes to the same email.
You don't need to do anything, and the buyer doesn't need to email you. Just send them the link to stakk.store/orders.
The orders page also tells buyers that Stakk can help if a link is broken or they cannot reach you.
