Who handles refund requests?
You do. You decide every refund on your own products, and Stakk does not issue refunds for you or step in between you and a buyer.
You are the seller, so you set your own refund policy. Stakk's orders page tells buyers this too:
- The creator is the seller and sets their own refund policy.
- For a refund, reply to the delivery email or use the contact details on the creator's store.
- Stakk can help if a link is broken or they cannot reach the creator.
