When is Snipfeed the better pick?
Snipfeed's website now sends you to Planoly's Creator Store, so this page compares Stakk with Creator Store. Pick it if any of these is you.
- You want a social media planner too. Every Planoly plan comes with post planning and auto-posting, a media library and Instagram DM automation, as well as the store. Stakk is a store only.
- You sell steadily each month. Creator Store takes 0% of each sale. You pay a plan, from $14 a month, and Stripe or PayPal fees. Over many sales, a flat plan can work out cheaper than a fee on every sale.
- You sell memberships, courses or bookings. Creator Store has recurring memberships, online courses and 1:1 sessions on Zoom or Google Meet. Stakk does none of these. It has no course player, no booking calendar and no file hosting, and every price is one-off, $1 to $999.
- You want Creator Store to host your files. You upload the file, and buyers get a download link by email. Stakk sends a link to a file you keep elsewhere.
- You can't open a Stripe account where you live. Creator Store can also pay you through PayPal. Stakk pays out through Stripe only.
Who should pick Stakk over Snipfeed?
- You don't want a monthly bill. Stakk has no monthly fee and no setup fee. Its fee is from 10% + $0.50 per sale, card processing included, so a month with no sales costs you nothing.
- You want an order bump and an upsell. Stakk has an order bump before paying and a one-click upsell after paying, on every account. We found neither in Creator Store's help center.
- You want a store, not a social media planner. Your store is stakk.store/yourname, your link in bio, built for phones. Buyers need no account. They give a name and an email, pay by card, and get the download by email.
- You keep your files where they are. Paste a share link from Google Drive, Dropbox or Notion. The moment a buyer pays, Stakk emails them that link with a receipt.
