The short answer
Stakk has no monthly fee and charges from 10% + $0.50 per sale, card processing included. Beacons takes 9% of each sale on its free plan and its $10 Creator plan, and 0% from Creator Plus at $30 a month, with Stripe's 2.9% + $0.30 or PayPal's fee on top.
On a $20 card sale, Stakk takes $2.50 and Beacons' free plan takes $2.68. Beacons has an order bump, but we found no upsell after payment, while Stakk has both on every account. Beacons is the better pick if you want a full creator page with a media kit, email and courses, or if you sell enough to make Creator Plus pay.

When is Beacons the better pick?
Pick Beacons if any of these is you.
- You want more than a store. Beacons puts a link-in-bio page, a media kit that updates itself, email marketing, brand deal tools and an Instagram auto-reply in one place. Stakk is a store for selling digital products.
- You sell a lot each month. Creator Plus costs $30 a month and takes 0% of each sale, so you pay only the card fee. On a $20 product, that costs less than Stakk from about 19 sales a month, by Beacons' rates checked on 22 October 2026.
- You sell low-price items. Below about $10.50 a sale, Beacons' free plan takes less than Stakk, because Stakk's $0.50 is a bigger share of a small price.
- You sell memberships or courses, or want PayPal. Creator Plus adds memberships and unlimited courses with video hosting. Beacons takes PayPal as well as cards and lists more than 20 currencies. Stakk has no subscriptions, memberships, course player, booking calendar or file hosting. Every Stakk price is one-off, in whole US dollars from $1 to $999, and it pays out through Stripe only.
Who should pick Stakk over Beacons?
- You want an upsell after the buyer pays. We found no offer after payment on Beacons' pricing page or in its help center. Stakk has an order bump and a one-click upsell on every account. The bump rides the same charge as the product, so it carries one fee. The upsell is its own charge with its own fee.
- You want one fee with card processing in it. From 10% + $0.50 per sale, card processing included, with no monthly plan. On a $20 card sale that is $2.50, against $2.68 on Beacons Free. Beacons' $10 Creator plan keeps the same 9% cut as Free.
- You keep your files where they are. Paste a share link from Google Drive, Dropbox or Notion. The moment a buyer pays, Stakk emails them that link with a receipt. If they lose it, they can re-send it themselves at stakk.store/orders.

Is Stakk cheaper than Beacons?
On a $20 card sale, Stakk's fee is $2.50 and Beacons' free plan comes to $2.68 once Stripe's fee is added. Below about $10.50 a sale, Beacons' free plan costs less, and Creator Plus at $30 a month costs less than Stakk from about 19 sales of a $20 product a month. Does Beacons have order bumps and upsells?
Beacons has order bumps: its pricing table shows them on every plan, while its plan guide lists them from Creator Plus at $30 a month. We found no upsell after the buyer pays. Stakk has both on every account.
Does the $10 Beacons plan lower the fee?
No. Beacons' $10 Creator plan takes 9% of each sale, the same as the free plan. The fee drops to 0% from Creator Plus at $30 a month.
